Safety First Management, SFM, Inc, started as a vision of Tim Bradley in 1989. Tim saw the need for improved Crane operator safety and started providing Crane operator Training Seminars. This vision grew to include suppliers of state-of-the-art crane controls.

SFM’s mission is to increase the bottom line of our customers, partners and dealers using proven, industry leading technology. Our years of experience and successful track record show that our methods work.

Tim Bradley started with Shaw-Box Cranes in 1974. Tim then spent many years at Ingersoll Rand. Tim was one of the first Sales Managers at Electromotive, which grew into Magnetek.

Steve Aldinger is Mechanical Engineer and started with the Navy Crane Center in 1986. Steve worked for DuPont in the 1990’s, and then with the Columbus McKinnon Crane (Yale-Lift-Tech) Division followed by R&M Materials Handling.
